WM B Cresse, Inc was founded in 1955. Starting with a pick-up truck, welding equipment and tools. Bill Cresse Sr. made a life altering decision, he was going to work for himself.
Bill Sr. handled maintenance and repair work for a growing list of companies throughout Florida and Caribbean. Occasionally he would buy a piece of surplus equipment, repair it and then inventory it in his back yard waiting for a buyer. The inventory grew from the back yard, to a small shop, and then onto a larger fully equipped machine shop and warehouse.
Bill Cresse Jr. had worked side by side with his father since he was 12 years old. Once Bill Jr. graduated from University of Florida with a degree in Mechanical Engineering worked side by side with Bill Sr. Bill Sr. retired and Bill Jr. has continued in his father's foot steps.
